The ´Palacio
de Viana`, built in 1619 by Don Martín Sánchez
Samaniego in a most authentique Gentle Baroque style,
and restored in 1989 by Jaime G. Gonzalez along with Meri
G. Huergo transforming its structure into an Inn, Restaurant
and Wine Cellar, finally opened its doors to the public
in 1992 bearing the name "Posada Mayor de Migueloa".
Due to its architectural
structure, its quality standars and as a result of its great
location, the Inn is considered to be one of Spain´s most
prestigious establishments. .
Meri G. Huergo and Jaime Gutierrez, the propriertors of Posada
Mayor de Migueloa, have been succesful in fusing together an
array of today´s commodities and services in a 17 TH Century
atmosphere wich makes a lasting and profound impression upon
the guests.
